Bombay Layered Dip

8 oz cream cheese

4 oz sharp cheddar

1/2 tsp curry powder or 1/2 tsp Zinter Brown Spicy Mustard Zinger

1/2 cup Zinter Brown Peachy Mango Chutney

coconut, light toasted

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup currents

1/4 cup pecan pieces, lightly toasted

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a food processor. Spread the mixture on a serving plate. (Can

be covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated at this point.)

To toast the coconut, simply spread out on a baking sheet in a 325 oven and bake until

golden brown. Watch closely!

When ready to serve, spread on the Zinter Brown Peachy Mango Chutney. Sprinkle

coconut, then top with the green onions, currants and pecans. Serve with crackers (Wheat
