Prawn and Avocado Salad With Zinter Brown Horseradish Hot Pot Dressing

2 limes, peeled and cut into quarters

Zinter Brown Sea Salt & Pepper

3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp Zinter Brown Horseradish Hot Pot

2 French shallots, finely sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

20 raw medium prawns, peeled and de-veined, tails on

1 butter lettuce, washed, dried and shredded

2 avocados, each cut into 8 pieces

Place 7 lime quarters, Zinter Brown Sea Salt & Pepper, parsley, olive oil, Zinter Brown

Horseradish Hot Pot and shallots in a bowl and stir to combine. Squeeze the juice from the

remaining lime quarter into the bowl.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan; add the prawns and season with Zinter Brown Sea Salt &

Pepper. Cook the prawns for about a minute on each side, or until they are nearly cooked.

(They will keep cooking for a short while after removed from the heat.)

Arrange some lettuce, avocado and prawns in four serving bowls or on plates. Drizzle

dressing over each salad and serve. Serves 4.
